She was recommended to us by a friend, but went above and beyond any expectations we had. When we were really ready to start looking Erica made herself available any day or time to do viewings. In one week alone we would see houses on 4 or 5 days until we found some that we liked enough to make offers. Recommendations she made not only helped us get the house we wanted, but also kept us from buying a house that had severe foundation issues. We were told buy the seller of our house that Erica's hard work and communication was a big part of why they accepted our offer. The first thing she did that we really appreciated was giving us a guide to show us what the home buying process was like & took the time to explain in detail what every step meant. When she took us to look at houses she would point out things that were broken or needed to be fix, or things overall to just consider before buying the house ( which made us feel like she genuinely cared ) Whenever we had questions or concerns she was very quick to respond and give us an answer. She’s very kind & knowledgeable on things, but most importantly very passionate about what she does ( it shows ) When things in the process were getting delayed she would take the time to explain to us & reassure us that things were still going smoothly. She was so helpful in negotiating with the sellers of the house so that things could go in our favor ( which we were so grateful for ) thanks to her, we are now in our dream home.
